Cotton Bag for Prosciutto

The Prosciutto bag is an elastic cotton stocking bag which is used to cover and protect your prosciutto and cured meats during the curing process. The ultra-thin gauze is large enough to allow the moisture out of the meat while small enough to keep away the insects.  

If undamaged this bag is reusable by putting it through the washing machine after each use.
