At The Artisan's Bottega, we take pride in our handcrafted home goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't perfectly complement your space, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original artisanal packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are in place to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our main workshop.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
